EcoHub’s annual public event was held on December 6, 2019.
The Ambassador of Germany to Armenia Michael Johannes Banzhaf and representatives of EcoHub’s partner organizations delivered welcome speeches.
Afterwards, participants of EcoHub’s two programs – Re.Action program on active citizenship education and ProCEED program on social entrepreneurship education, presented to the public the progress of their 14 community projects and 13 social entrepreneurship initiatives. EcoHub’s partners, which were invited as jury members, supported the participants with various incentives related to their project topics.
A parallel marketplace of social enterprises was organized. More than 20 social enterprises presented their products here.
The public event also provided a space for discussions on many interesting topics – youth participation, perspectives for the development of social entrepreneurship, etc.
